There is no additional charge for travelling with golf clubs. However, please be sure to book a vehicle large enough to accommodate all passengers, luggage and golf clubs. Each set of golf clubs should be counted as an additional passenger when calculating an adequate vehicle size. For example, 6 passengers with 6 sets of golf clubs should reserve a 12PAX vehicle. If you have any doubt, please reserve a larger vehicle.

There is no additional charge for travelling with bicycles. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you select a vehicle large enough to accommodate all passengers, luggage and bicycles. If you are unsure about which vehicle to select or have any doubts, please contact our customer service team before making your reservation.

There is no extra charge for travelling with a folding wheelchair. However, be sure to select a vehicle large enough to accommodate all luggage and the foldable wheelchair. All passengers must be able to board the vehicle on their own or with the assistance of other members of their party. If you require a special or wheelchair-adapted vehicle, please select one if available. Please note that we are currently unable to transport non-foldable/electric wheelchairs or mobility scooters in non-adapted vehicles.

Typically suitable for children weighing 15-30 kg. There may be rare instances when unexpected circumstances prevent booked booster seats from being supplied. In these cases, you will be eligible for a full refund for the seats not provided.

A private transfer is a pre-booked, chauffeur-driven vehicle reserved exclusively for your party. The drivers of our pre-booked private transfers will wait for you at a specific meeting point indicated on your booking confirmation. They will have all of your transfer details beforehand and will deliver your group directly to the address or location indicated by you when making the booking.
All of our standard transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your transfer. Just send us an email or give us a call and we will immediately issue a refund.
Don't worry, we've got you covered! During the booking process we will ask you to provide us with specific flight details. The driver will use this information to monitor your flight for any delays and will be waiting for your group in the arrivals hall of the airport accordingly.
